I have had the pleasure of working as a professional writer for 15 years. My projects have taken me around the globe, and I’ve lived in Hong Kong, Thailand, the UK, and Australia.

I’ve worked for, and contributed to a wide variety of international and national publications, including The Times (UK), Time Out Melbourne (AU), Time Out Hong Kong (HK), Time Out Dubai (UAE), Broadsheet Sydney (AU), Broadsheet Melbourne (AU), Nourish (AU), Traveler’s Digest (HK), Wining & Dining (Thailand), GRAM Magazine, CHICoverdose (International), Samui Holiday Magazine (Thailand), Fah Thai Magazine (Singapore), Langton’s Wine Magazine (AU), View London (UK), The London Magazine (UK), Hopper (US), Thalo (US), A Magazine (AU), African Impact (South Africa), Destination Weddings (UK) and many others.

I am proud to have contributed content to Australian state tourism. I wrote articles for Destination Phillip Island featuring key tourist attractions such as the iconic Phillip Island Penguin Parade, as well as exciting food and wine venues. I also had the privilidge of being involved in South Australia Tourism’s Tasting Australia initiative, shining a light on chefs, wine-makers and unique produce from the state.

In 2013 I founded the online magazine The Great Aussie Bite (The GAB), for which I led a team of 60 writers across Australia. The GAB featured small businesses offering unique and meaningful experiences all over the country.

I’m the author of The Sous Vide Kitchen (published in 2017), which was then translated into Italian (Sotto Vuoto, published in 2019). In 2021 the second edition of The Sous Vide Kitchen came out, Sous Vide Cooking Made Simple. The books are available in bookstores as well as on Amazon, GoodReads, and Kindle. (Note: Since I wrote The Sous Vide Kitchen I have adopted a plant-based lifestyle and am writing a cookbook that reflects my current diet and ethics.)
