In 2020 I co-founded the vegan frozen food company VeganReady. I developed all of the recipes and methods using minimally processed natural ingredients. VeganReady is a fast-growing, multi award-winning company based out of Phuket, shipping products to supermarkets and grocery stores all over Thailand. Our meat replacements and sauces also feature in numerous hotels and restaurants.

Our rapidly expanding line of meat replacements includes burgers, sausages, nuggets, filets and ribs. Nature’s Nuggets won the “Best Plant Meat” award twice at the 2020 & 2021 Plant Based Food Awards, and VeganReady won the “Best Ready Meals” award in the 2021 Plant Based Food Awards.

In 2022 VeganReady created a new “Seitan” meat replacement product for the WokStar restaurant chain. This product is now featured in seven dishes across all eight branches of WokStar, spanning Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.
